This semi-detached house is bright and modern. The living room has windows, a sofa, round coffee table, and a TV. You can enjoy a meal at the circular dining table, which seats up to four people. The kitchen features beautiful tile floors and is fully equipped. There is one shared bathroom, which has a window, toilet, sink, and shower.
If you like walking, running, or riding your bike, there is a ton of green space and parks around the apartment. You'll find a couple of shops along the main street, including a pharmacy. There is also a Dia supermarket 3 minutes away. Its also a short distance from Plaza Elíptica, which has buses and metro lines.
What we liked the most
- This is surrounded by greenery and nice walking paths.
- It's close to buses and a metro station.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with things like a microwave and toaster, so you won't have to buy them yourself.
- The apartment was recently renovated, so everything is nice and new.

- Smoking is allowed only by open windows.
