This spacious 3-bedroom apartment on Calle de Camarena, in Aluche, has a tidy room for rent and a live-in landlady. The common areas of the house have comfortable furnishings and there are large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is small, but has everything that you need to cook.
The apartment is located in Aluche, a quiet residential area within easy reach of the city centre. Aluche is known for being family friendly neighborhood, with several parks and running trails. There are plenty of shops and good restaurants to explore close by, and public transport is handy to get you around the city.
