This 5-bedroom apartment for rent in Puente de Vallecas is a find. Its impeccable white decor and tanned wood floors are eye-catching. The shared bathroom features a large walk-in shower and vanity with storage. There is also an extra-large terrace, perfect for drying clothes in the warm Spanish sun.
Puente de Vallecas is a residential area of Madrid with lots of flavor. Latin American restaurants and shops are sprinkled amongst traditional Spanish fair. Gran Via is just 26 minutes away by Metro. Universidad Rey Juan Carlos is less than 40 minutes away with a Metro and Cercanias combination.
What we liked the most
- The huge kitchen includes beautiful cabinetry and a washing machine.
- Never wash a dish by hand again with the built-in dishwasher.
- Metro line 1 travels directly from this property to Central Madrid and its tourist attractions in less than 30 minutes.
- Puente de Vallecas gives the feel of living in the center without the hustle or the price tag.
Things to keep in mind
- The terrace is only available for laundry but it doesn't stop you from having a little fun while folding.
- Rather than having a traditional living room, the extra large kitchen acts as the nucleus of this beautiful house.
