Yourresidential, multicultural home
Are you looking for a quiet home in Madrid?
Villaverde might be the place for you.
It's a working-class neighbourhood with a medieval past. It was once a pueblo (village.) You can still enjoy that small-town feel here.
Villaverde is affordable, has good transport and is great for families...
Great for yours?
What can I do here?
Explore the neighbourhood. Enjoy the small-town vibe.
Take the cercanías train to the medieval towns and villages past the Madrid mountains: Chinchón, Ávila, or Segovia. The eating is good out there, people.
Medieval Spain fact
In 1085, the prestigious Order of Santiago was based in Villaverde. They led a reconquista to take back the rule of Madrid from the Moors. Historic.
