You will love the location of this flat. Getafe is a residential area in the Southern part of the Madrid metropolitan area. Enjoy the perks of suburbia while still having easy access to the Metro.
We think it’s ideal for a female professional or post grad. Enjoy the spacious bedroom with massive wardrobe space and a bathroom down the hall.

This is a lovely 2nd floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Calle Toledo, Madrid. It offers a private room and a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances.
We think this apartment is ideal for female professionals or post grads looking for something simple and in a safe residential area. Private, spacious room and access to a modern kitchen. Nice.
What we liked the most
- Unpacking all of your belongings in the massive wardrobe – you can finally put away that cool shoe collection.
- Having breakfast in the eat in kitchen – the perks of modern conveniences.
- The location – relax in your suburban oasis and then zip into downtown for some fun. Nice.
Things to keep in mind
- The owner of the flat does not allow the tenant to use the living room. Good thing the bedroom to rent is so spacious.
- Tenants can live in the apartment for more than 6 months, but the contract will be reviewed every 6 months.
