This is a lovely 3rd floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Paseo de la Castellana, Madrid. It's new, it's got 2 bathrooms, and it has AC— all the makings of a happy home.
The location is nice— in addition to the nearby Metro station, you'll also find plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops, and even a hospital nearby. Perfect.
