Will I like it here?

That depends.

Are you looking for a fashionable shared apartment with lots of space? Want to live in one of Madrid's trendiest neighborhoods?

You're in luck, this one checks all the boxes. Let us show you around.

Really? Tell me more...

You will love the living room. Stylish furnishings, gorgeous wooden floors, and a killer flatscreen TV. It's the perfect spot to share stories and meals with your new flatmates. Ready to break the ice?

We think it’s ideal for outgoing youngsters. Trafalgar is by far one of the most vibrant barrios in Madrid, meaning you can find tons of trendy bars, restaurants, and cafes nearby.

Your top 3 reasons to live here:

  • The living room is all set to entertain.
  • Bring on the scorching summer heat – there's AC.
  • Plaza de Olavide is a 7-minute walk away.

But you need to know this...

  • The apartment is on the ground floor and bedroom 2 faces the street.
  • The apartment doesn't get a huge amount of natural light – no worries, there's plenty of sunshine outside.

Help me make up my mind…

This is an amazing ground floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Calle De Monteleón, Madrid. It has a spacious living room, individual AC units, and it's close to the trendiest hotspots in town.

We think this apartment is perfect for fun-loving extroverts. Delicious food, excellent nightlife, cool shops – Trafalgar has everything you need for your weekend adventures.
