The cosy comfort.

Because comfort is key.

Will I like it here?

We think so. It's a lovely, welcoming home that comes fully furnished with all the essentials. The apartment is in a well communicated area that houses all the day-to-day essentials including supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

Really? Tell me more...

You're new living room is a great place to socialise. Right in the heart of the property, it's got a great layout and plenty of seating space. Imagine it now. After a long day. Kicking back with housemates. Pure bliss!

We think that this is a great location to be. It's vibrant, well connected and very central. So, you have all you need really within reach. What more could you want?

Your top 3 reasons to live here:

  • There is so much to do nearby- you'll never be bored.
  • The living area is a great space to watch a film and socialise in.
  • Bedrooms 1 and 2 have access to a balcony.

But you need to know this...

  • There is no elevator in the building, but the apartment is only on the 2nd floor after all.

Your Home-checker, Elena, said:

“This is in Laavpies neighbourhood, it's a great neighbourhood in the city centre of Madrid.”

Help me make up my mind...

This is a 2nd floor, 3-bedroom apartment Calle de San Simón, Madrid. It's a lovely, well laid out property that has the comfort levels and furnishings to be the social hub of Madrid.

It is perfect for newcomers to the city. Living in a central area is a great way to see the city bit by bit and get your bearings. The limited commute means you can really settle into the city. Easy, easy, easy!
