You'll find it just 6 minutes' walk from the beautiful Parque de La Ventilla, and 13 minutes from the Arte Canal Exhibition Center.
Important: There is extra storage space available up in the attic. This apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building, which doesn't have an elevator.
