A spacious shared apartment in a charming residential suburb. The decor in the property is quite stylish, with vintage furnishings and lots of art everywhere. In this peaceful area, you’ll find the gorgeous Quinta de la Fuente del Berro, as well as everything you need for your everyday life in Madrid.
Important: You'll be sharing the apartment with the live-in landlord, a 70-year-old man who's usually away and only visits the apartment 2-3 days per month. There's no Wi-Fi on the property but the landlord will take care of that as soon as the bedroom is rented. He can also switch the single bed in Bedroom 1 for a double bed if the tenant requires it.
