This 15-bedroom residence is spacious with large halls. The best thing about the residence is that all the rooms are en-suite and some of them have great terraces overlooking the city. The common spaces includes; a large living room furnished with a lot of sofa, facing the TV. A dining room with terrace. There is also a large and narrow study room. Thus, if you are looking to make new friends in the city whilst studying, this is the perfect place for you!

The location is very central and convenient. In the neighbourhood you will find the Retiro garden and Reina Sofia museum. Trendy neighbourhoods such as Malasaña and La latina are also in close proximity.

    • If you are unable to check-in between 9:30 and 18:30, you will have to pay €30 and the landlord’s approval is required.
