This 15-bedroom residence is spacious with large halls. The best thing about the residence is that all the rooms are en-suite and some of them have great terraces overlooking the city. The common spaces includes; a large living room furnished with a lot of sofa, facing the TV. A dining room with terrace. There is also a large and narrow study room. Thus, if you are looking to make new friends in the city whilst studying, this is the perfect place for you!
The location is very central and convenient. In the neighbourhood you will find the Retiro garden and Reina Sofia museum. Trendy neighbourhoods such as Malasaña and La latina are also in close proximity.

Al vivir aquí, tendrás acceso a las zonas comunes: comedor amplio, salón, terraza y gimnasio equipado. Además tendrás la cocina y lavandería a tu disposición.
El precio incluye los servicios y limpieza semanal de la habitación y baño. Además, también cambiaremos tus sábanas y toallas periódicamente.
Si no te gusta cocinar o no tienes tiempo, ofrecemos el servicio extra de media pensión, por un adicional de 200€ al mes, esto incluye desayuno y una comida al día, de lunes a viernes.
