  • Additional information:
    • A user's guide is provided to ensure the equipment can be used easily. Further assistance is offered if needed.
    • Two sets of keys are provided - Key loss fee: €35
      • The keys should not be left inside the lock - an extra cost will apply if damaged
    • Quietness is required from 23:00 to 8:00 - In case of neighbour's complaint, you might be asked to leave the apartment (as per existing laws in Madrid) - you will receive no compensation and your security deposit will be lost.
    • Close the elevator door in order to avoid triggering off the alarm.
  • Your landlord speaks: English, Spanish, French.
  • Your landlord does not live on the property.

How to book

Find your home 100% onlineWith Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our Homechecker visits the property to create video tours and photos so you can view it online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
Make a booking requestWith just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or lessThe Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move inArrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
