Method of payment: bank transfer (domestic transfers are free of charge)

Administrative fee at Check In: 120€.

Fixed monthly bills: 75€. **Bills are not included in the monthly payment**

Check-in: Monday - Friday: 09:30 - 20:00

During the weekend or holidays, check-in is possible if everything is arranged with LL before Friday or the last available working day before 13:00 Also and very important is that we have availabilities that weekend.

Check-out: before 13:00.

If your reservation is accepted, the owner:

If you are a student we need:

1) Photo or PDF with student's ID card

2) Receipt of registration or acceptance of the place

3) Telephone and e-mail of the student and parents

4) Complete address of usual residence

5) Photo or PDF with identity documents of the father/mother/legal guardian.

6) Photo or PDF bank document that proves economic solvency, if the parents do not have this documentation, provide a guarantor with the same conditions.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
