What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Cozy and bright apartment in front of Madrid Rio, river park, very close to Matadero and lots of nice bars and restaurants. Green areas for exercise or walking, a privileged room. The apartment is shared with me and my old dog Rufo, a very good fifteen year old Border Collie mix dog. The house has to Bathrooms so no share of bathroom needed. All kitchen compliances. Any doubts, write me a line.
