Usage of utilities up to 85 euros per month per person (including Wi-Fi and weekly cleaning of the common areas) is included in the rental price; the tenant must pay anything in excess of this amount. Among the extra services this Landlord offers are visa help, airport pickup and linens.
There are two Metro stops just 30 meters away that connect directly with the rest of the city: Ventas, lines 2 and 5, and Manuel Becerra, lines 2 and 6. There is also a bus stop nearby with several bus lines.
