Usage of utilities up to 60 euros per month per person (including Wi-Fi and weekly cleaning of the common areas) is included in the rental price; the tenant must pay anything in excess of this amount. Among the extra services this Landlord offers are visa help, airport pickup and linens.
This modern flat is perfectly connected, the nearest metro stations are Lista (line 4) and Manuel Becerra (lines 2 and 6). Another options is the bus, with just a couple of minutes walk to different bus stations with lines 1 and 74.

Placed in full Salamanca district, very close to Avenida de America. Salamanca is well known for being one of the wealthiest and exclusive shopping areas of Madrid. There there are the major shopping streets of Goya, Serrano and Velázquez, where luxury shops and fashion elite display their best works in the windows. Also in the area you will find the famous department store El Corte Ingles, restaurants, bars, terraces, large squares and very picturesque streets. A significant number of diplomatic missions are set in Salamanca district, such as the Switzerland embassy at Nuñez de Balboa with Goya street, the French embassy at Villalar Street, the United States embassy at 74 Serrano street, or the Italian embassy in Juan Bravo Street. Salamanca is also home to the IE Business School which is ranked among the top 10 business schools in the world. The southern edge of the Salamanca neighborhood borders Retiro Park, a landmark of the city
