The house has 8 bedrooms, a total of five bathrooms (rooms 6, 7 and 8 has private sink and shower), fully equipped kitchen and living room. This apartment is totally new and has a lovely and modern decoration. The dining area has a large table with 8 chairs where all of the roommates can sit and enjoy meals together. In the living room, there is a coffee table, a sofa and a lamp. Some of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, a big wardrobe, a working desk with a chair and a window that lightens the room up. The rooms with single beds have a working desk, a chair, a wardrobe, a single bed and a private bathroom.
The flat is placed in the Plaza de las Salesas, 10, between the subway stations of Chueca (line 5), Alonso Martinez (lines 4, 5 and 10) and Colón (line 4) and at just 4 minutes walking from the train station Recoletos. You can also choose taking the bus, as there is bus stations all around the building.

The pedestrian part of Calle Fuencarral runs through this district and is one of the few commercial areas open on Sundays, making it perfect for those who like to do their shopping on the weekends.
