Argüelles/Moncloa: Located next to Ciudad Universitaria, the proximity to universities and Malasaña make this Arguelles/Moncloa a popular neighborhood for students. Though traditional, international students won’t feel out of place with plenty of culturally-diverse food and retail offerings (including the fantastic The Little Big Café for brunch!). Bordering the Parque del Oeste (which connects to Casa de Campo via the Teleférico) and the Templo de Debod, you won’t be short of any opportunities for activity.
