The flat has 5 double fully furnished rooms, fitted kitchen with all appliances, utensils, dishes, etc.. necessaries, living room and 3 bathrooms. The living room is a spacious open area with a modern decorations in red and black colors, while the kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to start cooking. All of the bedrooms are spacious and have a double bed. They also include a working desk, a chair, a mirror and a large new wardrobe. Each room has a different decoration and style with colorful walls, allowing tenants to choose according to their preference. The 3 bathrooms have bath, a shower a sink, a bidet, and a toilet.
Usage of utilities up to 85 euros per month per person (including Wi-Fi and weekly cleaning of the common areas) is included in the rental price; the tenant must pay anything in excess of this amount. Among the extra services this Landlord offers are visa help, airport pickup and linens.
