The apartment has central heating using natural gas. Both bathrooms have been recently renovated, and include a shower, a sink and a toilet. The living room has a dining table, a sofa, two chairs and a television. The kitchen has a microwave, a refrigerator, an electric stove, an oven, and a washing machine. All cooking amenities are included as well.
Usage of utilities up to 85 euros per month per person (including Wi-Fi and weekly cleaning of the common areas) is included in the rental price; the tenant must pay anything in excess of this amount. Among the extra services this Landlord offers are visa help, airport pickup and linens.
This apartment is just around the block from the Rubén Darío metro station, serving line 5. This metro line will take you into the centre of Madrid in less than 10 minutes. There are also local bus routes serving numbers 5, 14, 27, 45, 150, N1, N22, N24.
