Rooms available for rent in a five bedroom, two bathroom apartment enjoying of a fantastic central location in the happening Chueca neighborhood, only two minutes away from the iconic Gran Vía.

As you walk through the front door, you will encounter a long corridor, with bedrooms 1, 2, 3 and 4 located to the right. At the end of the hallway, you will find the living/kitchen area. Bedroom 5, the two toilets and separate showers are adjoining the living area.

Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are furnished with a desk with a chair, a set of drawers, bookcase and a wardrobe. They all contain a single bed located up a mezzanine area that is accessed via some stairs. All rooms are very bright and sunny with big windows overlooking an interior patio. Bedroom 4 is furnished with a single bed located on the floor, and the mezzanine level is used for storage. This room is also furnished with a wardrobe, bookcase, desk and a window overlooking the interior patio. Bedroom 5 is located adjacent to the common area.

The living area is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, TV and a dining table. There is also a well equipped kitchen with a microwave, sink, fridge and washing machine. All cooking and dining utensils are provided. At the back of this common area you will find two showers, that are separated from the room via sliding accordion doors.The two bathrooms are equipped with a sink, mirror, toilet, shower, a small window and some shelve space to store your toiletries.

This apartment is located on the third floor, and there is an elevator available in the building. Hot water is heated through natural gas, and there are gas heaters available throughout the apartment. Washing can be dried using ropes that are fitted on the windows, or there is a clothes rack to be used inside in case of bad weather.
