You enter the home via a hallway, from where you can access the spacious living area to the left and bedroom 1, the dinning room, kitchen and patio to the right hand side. At the end of the hallway there is a door to access the rest of the house. As you make your way past the door, you will find another hallway leading to bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 and the three bathrooms.

This older style home is very comfortable and has lots of character with its wooden floors and big windows. The living room is very sunny, spacious and tastefully decorated. It is a fantastic area to socialise with two big sofas, four armchairs and a big dining table with six chairs. In this well equipped living area you will also find two hall tables, two wardrobes, coffee tables, a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and two additional chairs. There is a big window overlooking a school courtyard.

The dining room is furnished with a large table with seven chairs, a microwave, two large fridges and an additional smaller fridge. There is good shelving to store your food items.

In the kitchen you will find everything you will need for cooking your meals, being equipped with an electric stove, extractor fan, washing machine and a sink. All pots, pans, dinnerware and cutlery is provided. This kitchen also has a great selection of appliances including a rice maker, coffee machine, electric kettle and a toaster. Through the kitchen you can access the interior patio where you can find clothing racks and ropes for drying your washing.

All bedrooms are get good natural light and are nicely decorated with warm colours.

This home has two additional bathrooms, a smaller one with a shower, mirror, single sink and toilet and a bigger one equipped with a bathtub, sink bidet and toilet.

There is plenty of storage with a number of built-in wardrobes located throughout the house.

This home is located on the first floor. The building has an elevator and a doorman. Both water heating and house heating is provided via natural gas. There is no air-conditioning available, but there is a ceiling fan in the living area.

Transportation

The closest metro station is Iglesia (Line 1), located only 350m away from the apartment, or alternatively, Metro Station Rubén Darío (Line 5) is 700m away. There are also several other metro and bus stops nearby.

Landlord policies

One month security deposit required. Rent is to be paid by cash. Washing should be dried outside in the internal patio.
