Nine bedrooms available for rent in a residence hall that is run as a shared flat. Kitchen/living area and three bathrooms available for residents to use. Fantastic location right in the heart of Madrid.
As you enter the flat, you will find the entrance corridor. Two bedrooms are located to the right hand side, and one room on the left hand side of this corridor. The hallway turns right after this room, and continues for a few meters providing access to four bedrooms and two bathrooms to the left hand side. At the end of the hallway you will find the kitchen/dining area, and one bedroom adjoining this area. After the kitchen/living area, there is another small corridor providing access to the last two bedrooms and one bathroom.
There are 3 different kinds of bedrooms available for rent in this residence hall - reference 2, 3 and 4. All rooms are equipped with a single bed, a desk with a chair, wardrobe and shelves. The difference between these rooms is the size.
The kitchen/living area is modern and equipped with a microwave, washing machine, electric stove, flat screen TV, table with chairs and a sink. There is one fridge as well as storage space in built in cabinets for residents to store their food items and kitchen utensils. Every person gets their own allocated area. You are welcome to use the kitchen and electrical appliances (microwave, washing machine, iron) but you are required to bring your own cutlery and cooking utensils.
There are two bathrooms equipped with a toilet, sink and shower, and a smaller one that has one toilet and a sink. All bathrooms have automatic sensor lights.
An electric heater is available on every room. The washing machine operates on coins. You can dry your clothes inside on the racks provided.
This residence hall is conveniently located just a couple of minutes away from the Callao Metro Station (lines 3 & 5). Santo Domingo metro station (line 2) is also a short walk away.

This residence hall is located in the Puerta del Sol (Spanish for "Gate of the Sun") neighborhood, in the very heart of Madrid. This is a fantastic location for shopping (El Corte Inglés department store is located here), eating out, enjoying the sights and making the most of the city’s nightlife. The Puerta del Sol is one of the busiest places in the city, and also one of the best known landmarks. This is the centre (Km 0) of the radial network of Spanish roads. In this square you will find the famous clock whose bells signals the new year, and mark the traditional eating of the twelve grapes.
