This apartment is located on the third floor of a building with no elevator. Laundry can be dried on individual racks provided to each room or using clothes lines in the patio. Water is heated via natural gas. Each room is equipped with an individual electric heater.

The apartment is very central, with at least three metro stations within walking distance: Tribunal (lines 1, 10), Alonso Martínez (lines 4, 5, 10) and Chueca (line 5) There are also bus routes close by in all directions (M2, 40, 149, 147, 3).

Malasaña is both traditional and alternative. If you enjoy being out and going for drinks, this is the neighborhood for you. By day, the barrio is rather quiet with lots of charming boutiques and restaurants, while at night it transforms into a nightlife hub with an impressive amount of bars and music venues. The style of the neighborhood is defined by traditional 19th century buildings with painted facades, with the Plaza del 2 de Mayo at its core. The Movida Madrileña in the 1980’s thrived here and the creative spirit lives on with Malasaña being home to many of the city’s up-and-coming new businesses along streets such as Corredera de San Pablo and Calle Pez.
