This apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with no elevator There is natural gas for water heating and heating as well. Water is heated through natural gas. You can dry your laundry using a shared clothing rack, or one of the individual racks provided on each room.

Utility bills limit for the whole apartment: * Electricity: €125 per month * Gas: €125 per month * Water: €50 per month * Utilities payment date: every 2 months * Any excess will be divided equally between the tenants

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is spacious and has great street views from the living room window.
  • The modern kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining including pots, pans, dinnerware and cutlery. It has a table with chairs, two fridges, a single sink, dishwasher, washing machine, electric stove/oven, toaster and a microwave.

Things to keep in mind

  • The building does not have an elevator, so you will get a good exercise!
