15-day payment policy: the landlord has a 15 day payment policy that applies to Move-in and Move-out. If you move in anytime between the 1st and the 15th of the month, you will need to pay for the whole month. If you move in between the 15th and the 31st of the month, you will need to pay for half of the month. The same policy applies for move out.

Ríos Rosas is part of the Chamberí district and is located slightly north to the center of Madrid. It has a different feel compared to the eastern part of Chamberí, which is closer to the university district. Rios Rosas can best be described as a nice, quiet and safe residential neighborhood. The neighborhood was named after Spanish politician Antonio de los Ríos Rosas. Two points of interest are the Escuela Superior de Ingenieros de Minas and the Museo Geominero. The Parque Enrique Herreros is another important point of interest in the area. You can also find the headquarters of the Metro. Ríos Rosas is near Nuevos Ministerios, an area in the Chamartín district that has numerous government ministries and corporate offices.
