Neighborhood information

The flat is located in the Salamanca district, a commercial area where you can find a huge variety of shops, restaurants, and the Palacio de los Deportes, the main shows and sports events venue in Madrid. Salamanca is well known for being one of the wealthiest and most exclusive shopping areas of Madrid. There are the major shopping streets of Goya, Serrano and Velázquez, where luxury shops and fashion elite display their best works in shop windows. Also in the area you will find the famous department store El Corte Ingles, restaurants, bars, terraces, large squares and very picturesque streets. A significant number of diplomatic missions are set in the Salamanca district.

What we liked the most

  • All rooms are nice and sunny with views over the lively pedestrian street.
  • The living room is very elegant featuring a shiny chandelier and classy furniture and decorations including a beautiful persian rug.
  • Both bathrooms are brand new. The first bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet and a sink with storage space underneath. There is a window with views to an internal community area and this is where you will find access to the ropes to dry your washing. The second bathroom is smaller, and has a toilet, a shower and a sink, also with storage space underneath.
