Transportation

The flat is just a short walk from Avenida de America, which is one of the main transportation hubs of Madrid. There you find access to lines 4, 6, 7 and 9 of the metro, as well as city buses, an airport bus, as well as long distance buses that can take you all over Spain. The flat is also just four blocks north of the Nuñez de Balboa metro stop, which has access to the line 5, which offers the quickest route to the heart of the city center. IE Business school is also a short walk away.

Neighborhood information

Known as the more wealthier and exclusive neighbourhood of Madrid, Salamanca never fails at giving an individual a great time. There are an abundance of small boutiques, restaurants, and outdoor spaces. Salamanca is also one of the most esthetically pleasing neighbourhoods of Madrid.

What we liked the most

  • The living room is huge, with plenty of seating and has a great balcony overlooking the street. Perfect for entertaining.
  • All the rooms are a good size and come with double beds. Also with two bathrooms in the flat there shouldn't be any waiting in the morning!
  • The flat has its own room specially for storage and for drying clothes that will free up space in the rest of the flat.

Things to keep in mind

  • Most of the rooms are internal, however the interior light well is very large so plenty of natural light will come through.
  • This flat has central heating so will be nice and warm in winter, but does not have AC for the summer.
