This three-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom interior apartment is located on the Glorieta de Embajadores, one of the coolest areas of the center of Madrid. It's located within walking distance of the cool, multicultural Lavapiés neighborhood (full of ethnic restaurants from all over the world and cultural centers), Museo Nacional del Arte Reina Sofía, and the Puerta de Atocha train station. It is possible to rent one of the bedrooms in the apartment for €400 a month or to rent the entire apartment for €1200. This apartment is interior and the surface area is 60 m2. The owner of this apartment owns several apartments within this building with the same layout, furniture and decorations as this one. We have published this apartment as an example, but there are other identical apartments available for rent.


This three-bedroom 1.5 bathroom interior apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator. The apartment has natural gas heating and natural gas water heating. Clothes may be dried on individual drying racks inside the apartment; one of the bedrooms has ropes for drying racks just off of the window as well. Rent includes sheets and taxes, but WiFi, gas, electricity and water are NOT INCLUDED. A cleaning service is not included in the price of rent. The minimum lease for this apartment is 180 days (6 months).

What we liked the most

  • In addition to the primary bathroom, there is a small powder located just off the hall when you walk into the apartment. This is ideal for entertaining!
  • The living room has 60's style modern furniture
  • The apartment has a white, very light blue, brown, and tan aesthetic with ample natural light coming through
  • The kitchen is equipped with modern, brand-new appliances
  • You can rent the bedrooms separately, or you can rent the entire apartment together

Things to keep in mind

  • The washing machine is located in the bathroom (the washing machine is typically located in the kitchen)
  • The apartment only has a bar-style dining area in the kitchen, which may not be ideal for hosting lunches or dinners
  • Only taxes and bedding are included in the price of rent. ALL other utilities (WiFi, gas, electric, and water MUST be paid for separately)
