This exterior three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on Calle Pez in the heart of Malasaña, one of Madrid's most vibrant (and one of the world's most hipster), neighborhoods. Calle Pez is full of lots of cute bars, restaurants and boutiques as well as vital connections to the other important streets in the neighborhood. This apartment is great if you want to be in the heart of Malasaña day and night, but still gives you the tranquility and comfort of home with all of the nightlife just outside your window. It is possible to rent individual rooms in the apartment or you may rent the entire apartment for €1800 per month. The area is 90 m2.


This three-bedroom, two-bathroom 90 m2 exterior apartment is located on the second floor of a building which has an elevator and a doorman working on-site. The apartment has natural gas heating and natural gas water heating. You may dry your clothes on individual drying racks inside the apartment. Rent includes sheets and taxes, but WiFi, gas, electric, and water are NOT INCLUDED. A cleaning service is not included in the price of rent.

  • The stairs that lead to the apartment have beautiful moldings in the walls, giving you a regal feeling when you walk into the door of your own home

  • The living room is huge with modern furniture, a dining area with seating for four, high ceilings, a mirror wall, and a HUGE TV
  • The living room also has balcony access with street views

  • You have the option of renting the apartment by room or you may rent the entire apartment for €1800 per month
