This four-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. You may dry your clothes on an individual drying rack inside the apartment or on the cords in the building’s interior patio. The price of rent includes, water, WiFi, taxes, and community fees. This four-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath apartment is located on Calle Blasco de Garay in the Argüelles section of Madrid. What makes this particular part of Argüelles advantageous is the fact that it’s also close to the San Bernardo area of Malasaña, meaning that Malasaña nightlife is within walking distance! In addition, access to the Argüelles Metro stop makes the location ideal for Comillas ICAI/ICADE students and others studying in Ciudad Universitaria. All of the bedrooms are spacious, giving you a great location and a great space!
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has an oven, great for those who love baking!
- The bedrooms are all spacious, with a minimum area of 10 m2 and all have individual TVs
- The apartment is in a section of Argüelles that’s incredibly close to Malasaña (being more or less equidistant between Argüelles and San Bernardo), making the apartment walking distance to all of the nightlife Malasaña has to offer!
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen has a gas stove
- The apartment has one main bathroom and one powder room (a toilet and sink, also called a half-bath)
- There is no living room in this apartment
- Only female tenants are permitted
