What we liked the most

  • The kitchen has two amenities that aren’t common in homes in Madrid: an oven (ideal for bakers) and a dishwasher (perfect for those who don’t want to wash dishes by hand).
  • The apartment has a patio, perfect for spring and summer days to read, entertain, or just to relax. The patio is the largest part of the apartment!
  • The spacious living room also provides enough entertaining space for the cold weather months, making the apartment perfect for entertaining all year round!

Things to keep in mind

  • The washing machine is located in the bathroom (this is normally in the kitchen)
  • One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and has two single beds, while the other bedroom is located upstairs away from the rest of the apartment.
  • Keep in mind that this apartment is on the ground floor, meaning that it's street level!
