Guindalera and Fuente del Berro belong to the larger wealthy Salamanca district, but have a more residential feel. In these neighborhoods one can find Colonia de Fuente del Berro, an area comprised of small villas and townhouses that were built in the early nineteenth century. Furthermore, the Park Quinta de la Fuente del Berro, which is located in the eastern part of the neighborhood allows for great picnics or walks. The park has, besides one of the best fountains with the cleanest water, many statues and an old mansion. In Guindalera you will also find Las Ventas, Madrid’s bullring and the most important in all of Spain. Even if you do not go to a bullfight, you can go to a concert in Ventas, where artists such as Coldplay and Romeo Santos have performed.
