There are 3 rooms for rent in this renovated flat in the neighborhood of Trafalgar. Located along Calle Monteléon, this apartment offers tenants a comfortable home from which to explore the best of Madrid. You'll be within walking distance from several metro stations and Chueca and Malasaña, with its vibrant nightlife and dining options, is right around the corner! This interior flat is very quiet and you'll be sharing the bathroom, complete kitchen, and the spacious living room with your new roommates. Our favorite aspect was this last room: furnished with a bright orange couch, you'll love spending time in this silent space! This property measures 75 m2 in total area.


This apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. Wi-Fi is installed and activated. There is a utility limit of 120€ per month. The minimum stay only applies to bookings starting in September or October.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen, though compact, has 2 sinks, oven, and an electric stove. You'll be able to cook your meals with ease!
  • The apartment, though renovated, features traditional tile flooring, which make a nice contrast with the bright walls and new furniture.
  • The living room is very luminous and is furnished with a orange sofa that matches the walls of the rooms. You'll be able to access the interior balcony from here.
  • All three rooms are furnished with double beds and come with independent keys.
  • Bedroom 3 is particularly charming; it is slightly bigger than the rest and has a small interior balcony.
  • All bills are included in the rental price.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen doesn't have much storage space.
  • The refrigerator is located in the hallway.
