This five-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on Calle Conchas in the heart of center of Madrid in an area known as Madrid de los Austrias. If you want to live in the center of touristic Madrid with Sol, Ópera, and La Latina all within walking distance, this is an ideal property for you. The area of the apartment is 100 m2.

This five-bedroom, two-bathroom 100 m2 apartment is located on the fourth floor of the building. The minimum stay only applies to bookings starting in September or October.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped.
  • Most of the apartment has new windows and parquet floors.
  • Located near Opera and Santo Domingo, tenants of the apartment have the opportunity to live in the historical heart of Madrid. The area is also known for their postcard-like streets as well as abundance of restaurants and bars.
  • The second bathroom is renovated and spacious; it is very clean.
  • All bills (electricity, water, Wi-Fi, central heating), bed linen, and cleaning twice a week are all included in the price of rent!
  • Every room has its own independent key for added security.

Things to keep in mind

  • We were not able to see 3 of the rooms because they were occupied at the time of the viewing.

The apartment is a three-minute walk from the Ópera Metro (Lines 2, 5, and Ramal Ópera-Príncipe Pío) stop and a six-minute walk from the Vodafone Sol Metro (Line 1, 2, and 3) stop and Cercanías commuter train station (C-3 and C-4).
