This renovated 150 m2 apartment features 5 colorful rooms for rent. The apartment is full of charm and uniqueness: almost every room features different type of flooring and color scheme, but all are fully furnished with new pieces. Two of the rooms even face the exterior and have magnificent views of the surrounding neighborhood with classic building facades. Trafalgar, the neighborhood of the flat, is one of the most coveted ares in which to live; full of young residents, it somehow maintains a tranquil, local atmosphere despite being few minutes' walking from the city center. With its proximity to hipster Malasaña and Chueca, tenants of this flat will never be bored! As an added bonus, all utilities are included in the rental price. What more can you ask for?


This apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. Wi-Fi is installed and activated. There is a utility limit of 120€ per month. Weekly cleaning is included in the rent. The minimum stay only applies to bookings starting in September or October.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment is located in one of the nicest and most stylish neighborhoods of Madrid: Trafalgar. You'll have an authentic experience living here!
  • With 3 metro stations within a few minutes walk, you'll have an easy time getting around the city.
  • With Malasaña and Chueca, two of the liveliest areas of Madrid, across the street, your days and nights will be busy busy busy!
  • We like the color scheme of the apartment: the beautiful shades of yellow create a cheerful atmosphere to which we'd love to come home to!
  • The kitchen is extremely well-equipped: you'll have modern amenities, including an oven, and 2 refrigerators.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is a room used for storage, laundry, and ironing.
  • There is no common living room, but we trust that tenants will find more than enough places outside the home to spend their free time!
  • There is 1 complete bathroom and a toilet to be shared among all tenants.
