This comfortable apartment has been recently renovated and is perfect for students, as it is located in Calle Meléndez Valdés, in the lively student neighborhood of Argüelles. Ciudad Universitaria is located a short distance from this flat, and exploring the city further afield will be a breeze, as you are a short walk away from Argüelles metro station and the Intercambiador de Moncloa, which is one of the city's main transport hubs. This apartment is exterior and the total floor area is 170 sqm.

This apartment is exterior and is located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator. Rent includes power, water, Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and cleaning of the common areas once a week. Neighborhood information

This is one of the most popular student neighborhoods of Madrid. It's convenient to several university campuses in the "Cuidad Universitaria", and is also a short walk from the trendy nightlife of Malasaña, as well as all the attractions in the city center. This neighborhood has the feel of a traditional Madrid neighborhood, but it also has plenty of fast food restaurants and pizza joints to make its international residents feel at home . This neighborhood also borders the lovely Parque Oeste, which has a cable car that reaches Casa de Campo. There is also the monument and park at Temple of Debod, a popular place for young people to hang out outdoors on the weekends.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has been recently renovated and is decorated using bright colours which contrast really nicely with the freshly painted white walls and polished wooden floors. The result is a vibrant and clean apartment providing a very comfortable and pleasant living environment.
  • The common areas are also brand new. The kitchen is spotless and features a great range of appliances. There is separate dinning room featuring a dining table with four chairs.
  • There are two fully equipped shared modern bathrooms and a separate toilet with no shower to be used only by bedroom number 6.
  • All rooms are very well equipped including good storage space and their own TV.

Things to keep in mind

  • Some of the bedroom doors have glass segments in them, but the landlord is planning to cover them.
  • Bedrooms 5 & 6 are interior.
  • If you are planning to get a car, there is one carpark space available for rent.
