  • The bedrooms are well-furnished, so tenants will not have to buy extra furniture.
  • The living room is spacious and has a lot of couch space. There is also a terrace where you can have a coffee or breakfast!
  • Wi-Fi is already installed, so tenants can simply move in and start browsing the web.
  • The district is very safe; you will feel very secure walking around the neighborhood even at nighttime.
