This is a safe neighborhood with a very local feel, so tenants will feel secure living in this apartment! This property is very spacious with a total area of 80 m2.

What we liked the most

  • Bedroom 2 and 3 are exterior and have a long balcony. They receive a lot of sunlight and has nice street views.
  • All of the rooms are furnished with desks, so the flat would be perfect for those who need to study at home.
  • Weekly cleaning of common areas is included in the rent, so tenants do not have to worry about creating a chore schedule! You also have the option of contracting a cleaning service for your room (at an extra cost).
  • Wi-Fi is already installed, so tenants can simply move in and start browsing the web.
  • The district is very safe; you will feel very secure walking around the neighborhood even at nighttime.

Things to keep in mind

  • The building does not have an elevator, so tenants will get a nice exercise!
  • There is only 1 bathroom for 3 people.

The metro station Diego de Leon (line 4, 5, and 6) is a 7-minute walk from the apartment. There are various bus lines within 5-minutes by foot.

There is a direct metro line to the airport and by bus from Avenida de America (line 200). Bus lines 1, C1, C2 is nearby as well; these bus lines go through the most emblematic areas of Madrid (Puerta de Alcalá, Cibeles, Museo del Prado, Gran Via, Plaza España).
