This apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building that is equipped with in an elevator. It has central heating and natural gas water heating. You can dry your clothes on racks inside your room. The price of rent includes electricity, water, gas, wi-fi, community fees, heating (from November 1st to April 1st), and weekly cleaning of the common areas. There is an option to contract a cleaning service for individual rooms for 5 euros per cleaning. The minimum lease for this apartment is 180 days (6 months) and the maximum lease is 360 days.

Neighborhood information

Salamanca is known as the wealthy neighborhood in Madrid’s center, with some of the most exclusive boutiques. The Milla del Oro (Golden Mile) of streets, Calle Serrano, Calle Ortega y Gasset, and Calle Velázquez are Madrid’s most expensive and three of the ten most expensive streets in all of Spain. Salamanca is one of the few parts in Madrid with an urban structure, with square parallel streets where you can find a mixture of hip restaurants, expensive stores, and more unique boutiques on other streets such as Calle Goya, Calle Lagasca, Calle Claudio Coello, and Calle Ayala. As it was built as the aristocratic neighborhood, the architecture tends to have a 19th century bourgeoisie feel. Heading South on Calle Serrano brings you straight to Retiro, which is one of the largest parks in town.
