The apartment, nestled in this beautiful neighborhood, is fully equipped, complete with a dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, and TV. All utility, cleaning, and wi-fi bills are included in the rental price. We are in love with the bright, sunny living room which has a fantastic balcony facing the street where you can enjoy the fifth-floor​ views. The kitchen has been recently renovated, so you will be able to enjoy brand new cooking appliances and prepare delicious meals. The tenants will also have access to two shared bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and the other with a bath. All in all, these stylish rooms offer a perfect base for those wanting to explore Madrid while having a relaxing and alluring home!

This apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and natural gas water heating. You can dry your clothes on racks inside your room. The price of rent includes weekly cleaning of the common areas. There is an option to contract room cleaning (5 euros per cleaning). The minimum lease for this apartment is 30 days (1 month).

What we liked the most

  • You will be located in the most luxurious districts of Madrid - Salamanca. The apartment is based nearby restaurants, shopping centres and even cinemas - we can guarantee you will never get bored here.
  • The apartment is situated between Principe de Vergara (M2, M9) and Goya (M2, M4) stations, so you will be able to reach other parts of Madrid without a problem.
  • All utilities are included, including cleaning of the common areas.
  • We love the mint green kitchen - it has recently been renovated and it is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare delicious meals.
  • The living room is spacious and sunny - you will be able to relax on the cosy sofa and will even have access to a balcony with fantastic fifth-floor​ views.
