Neighborhood information

This neighborhood sits between the posh shops of Salamanca and the hip, fashionable neighborhoods of Malasaña and Chueca. It is full of designer shops, gourmet restaurants, artist hangouts, and classic architecture. It’s considered one of the premier places to live in central Madrid.

What we liked the most

  • The living area has six armchairs and a double sofa, allowing you to get the whole flat together for some drinks.
  • There is a separate dining room furnished with a table and some chairs, providing you with a comfortable space to have your meals.
  • Each room has an independent key, allowing you to secure your personal belongings as you leave the flat.
  • Bedrooms 1 to 3 have balconies with really nice views over the street. Bedrooms 4 and 5 overlook an interior patio, and they are more silent than the exterior rooms.
  • There are heaters available throughout the apartment.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 6 doesn't have a window and this room has an electric heater rather than a gas heater.
  • The living area only has an interior window facing the corridor.
  • There is no TV in the apartment, but living in this lively neighbourhood you will always find something to do!
