What we liked the most

  • Every room is extremely well equipped with private bathrooms, A/C units, TVs, and independent keys! You will have no problem maintaining a balance between privacy and social life here in this flat.
  • The kitchen is very modern, with black counter tops. It has an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker. You won't need to purchase anything extra because it is perfectly equipped!
  • There is a small patio with a table and chairs so you can eat meals outside during the warm weather.
  • The entire apartment is furnished very nicely with all matching and modern pieces.
  • Every room has a double bed, desk, TV and independent key and 8 of the 9 bedrooms have a bathroom in suite.
  • Bedroom 9 is particularly impressive and is more of a studio than a room, with a private kitchen, living room area, and bathroom.
  • There is daily cleaning of the common areas (Mon-Sat) and biweekly cleaning of individual rooms included in the rental price.
  • The glass-walled meeting room/study room next to the living room is perfect for preparing group projects or cramming for exams!

Things to keep in mind

  • The bathroom for Bedroom number 1 is located across the hallway instead of inside the room.
  • Although 9 people will need to use the washing machines, there are two washing machines and drying racks in a separate laundry room so you won't be bothered by noise from washing clothes.

Yourchic, upscale heaven

Chic. Posh. Upscale. You can enjoy the finer things in life here.

With world-class restaurants, chic cafés and expensive boutiques, Salamanca is the "Upper East Side" of Madrid. No wonder members of the Spanish royal family live here.

Want a 1st-class experience?

Salamanca is for you.

What can I do here?

If you have the money, try Ramón Freixa Madrid.

It's a Michelin-rated restaurant. Apparently it's yummy…. There's a menu called "A soft and continuous trip through our universe in 25 moments." Just saying it sounds good. One day, friend, one day.

Spend rivers of cash (or go window shopping) at the boutiques on the Paseo de la Castellana.

Calle José Ortega y Gasset is home to names like Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior and Dolce&Gabbana. Just don't forget your suitcase full of money.

If that sounds expensive, and it is, meet your friends in a chic café instead. Enjoy the bitter aroma of freshly ground coffee beans. Plan your first million.

Portal fact

In Salamanca, you'll see lots of elegant wooden doors made in the 19th century. Refined.

Can I afford it? €€€€ (the most expensive per m² in Spain)
