This apartment is located on the first floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. You can dry your clothes on the individual racks inside the apartment. The minimum lease for this apartment is 90 days (3 months). Wi-Fi is installed in the property. Cleaning is included in the rent and done once a week in common areas. Average utility cost is 25/35€.
