You'll find this spacious flat on Calle Benito Gutierrez, nestled among the elegant buildings characteristic of the area. The apartment is fully equipped and shared areas include the living room with a big TV and a kitchen complete with an oven and dishwasher. Arguelles is the perfect mix of residential and commercial. The neighborhood is full of elegant buildings that retain classic architecture. As the University of Complutense is close by, this area has its fair share of student population. Arguelles’s most notable monument is Plaza de España, a large square with a statue of Spanish writer Cervantes. The neighborhood is safe and fairly quiet, but it has good links to transportation and there are plenty of nightlife options within walking distance. This area is borders the Parque del Oeste (which connects to Casa de Campo via the Teleférico) and the Templo de Debod; needless to say that there will always be an opportunity for an outdoor activity.
