This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is located on Calle Joaquín María in the well-known area of Moncloa. All four bedrooms are available for rent in this shared exterior apartment and tenants will share the 2 equipped bathrooms in the property. The kitchen comes with every amenity one would need in order to create a wonderful meal and includes an oven and dishwasher. The apartment is situated in a well connected area, with Canal, Quevedo, and Islas Filipinas metro stations all within a short walk.

- Your landlord does not live on the property.
- Please keep in mind that the bedrooms do not include some items seen in the photos (plants, laptop, etc.).
- Bed linen and towels are NOT included. Tenants must provide their own. The mattress is only supplied with the mattress cover, which cost 10€, to be paid upon check in.
- ***Important note:" Landlord ask for 1 month of monthly rent as admin fee and 1 month of rent as Security deposit"
Remember that Security Deposit and admin fee (when applies) must be paid before the check in day
Monthly Prices include: Internet, weekly cleaning service, maintenance service, community fees.
Water, electricity and gas bills are not included. For water it is €5 each month, and electricity/gas will depend on use. They****are more or less 60 euros per month per tenant_._
Tenant conditions:
- Maximum permitted tenant age: 35
- Couples are NOT allowed
- Pets are NOT allowed
- Smoking is NOT allowed
Check-in/Bookings:
- Bookings closed during weekends: If the booking is closed during the weekend, the earliest check-in would be on the following Monday at 16:00.
- Bookings with check in on the same day: If the booking is confirmed after 16:00, the earliest check-in would be the next day at 16:00.

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.

If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.

There are several options for transportation close to this apartment. Metro stations Canal (Lines 2 and 7), Islas Filipanas (Line 7), Quevedo (Line 2), San Bernardo (Lines 2 and 5) and Iglesia (Line 1) are all within a short walking distance. There is also access to bus numbers 2, 12, 16 and 61 at surrounding bus stations in the area.
