What we liked the most

  • The apartment is ideal for IE Business School students as it's just around the corner from the university.
  • All furniture is modern, giving the apartment a sophisticated look.
  • Air conditioning is featured in every room, which will be a huge relief during the summer.
  • Bedroom 3 has a unique shape and stands out from the usual square layout.
  • A large, comfortable double bed can be found in every room available for rent.
  • As all rooms accept couples, they would be ideal options for those relocating to Madrid with their partners.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen is compact and doesn't have an oven, however, the tenants will have access to a fully functioning microwave.
