This exterior apartment is located on San Bernardino street, in the neighbourhood of Malasaña, considered one of the best places to live in Madrid! From this great central spot you can walk to Sol, Plaza de España, Parque del Oeste and the Gran Via.


This apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building which isn't equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and natural gas water heating. The minimum lease for this apartment is 30 days (1 month). You can dry your washing using a rack in the balcony. Wi-fi is installed and it is activated. Rent includes a weekly cleaning service.

What we liked the most

  • All rooms have their own balcony and are really well equipped including a small fridge, TV and lockable door.
  • One of the nicest features of this flat is its amazing location in happening Malasaña, close to bars, nightclubs and restaurants offering all kinds of cuisine.
  • The kitchen is equipped with a dining table, a coffee maker, a toaster, a 2 element stove and a microwave. Pots, pans, plates and other dining accessories are also provided.
  • There is a shared laundry room which can be used to dry your washing.
  • This large flat is ideal for students looking for a fun and lively shared apartment.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet to be shared by all rooms.
  • The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.
