What we liked the most

  • Each bedroom has a small balcony.
  • Every bedroom has a key, perfect for those that have safety as a top priority.
  • There are 6 full bathrooms in the property, therefore meaning you will only share with a maximum of 1 other tenant.
  • The building has a common living room - you will be able to make plenty of new friends in no time!
  • AC is available in most of the rooms, great for the hot Madrid summers.

Things to keep in mind

  • Please note that since being visited and photographed by our runner, a brand new kitchen has been installed.
  • You are in the very heart of Madrid, so the road traffic can get noisy during the night.

Getting around


  • Santo Domingo (Line 2) station is literally across the road. If the lights are on red it will take you 15 seconds to walk there!
  • Callao (Line 3 and 5) and Plaza de España Metros (Line 3) are both roughly a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
  • A number of bus stops are also directly outside the apartment on Gran Via, and can take you around the whole of Madrid.
